Movement Ecology

Movement Ecology is an open-access, interdisciplinary journal disseminating novel insights into the ecology of movement of whole organisms. We welcome research on any taxa (from animals to plants and microorganisms) and on any movement phenomena (such as foraging, dispersal and seasonal migration) addressing important research questions on the patterns, mechanisms, causes and consequences of organismal movement. Affiliated with the Minerva Center for Movement Ecology, we provide a high visibility platform for your research, and rapid and rigorous peer review conducted by an internationally renowned Editorial Board
