Botanical Sciences

Botanical Sciences is a scientific journal published by the Botanical Society of Mexico (Sociedad Botánica de México). The journal publishes original and unpublished contributions in all fields of plant sciences, including ecology and evolution, function and structure, systematics and taxonomy, among the most salient topics. Botanical Sciences publishes contributions in English and Spanish. The Accepted papers are invited to write an Abstract in Spanish and English.The Editorial Board is integrated by scholars that work in the different fields of plant sciences. Scientific quality of accepted contributions is guaranteed by strict peer-review. The Editorial Board counts on a group of Associate editors who send the manuscripts to specialist scientists to carry out the review process. Accepted contributions are original research papers, and review papers that synthesize the current knowledge and suggest new perspectives to different fields of botany.
