1.来稿应主题突出、论点明确、论据可靠、数据准确、语言精练，具有创新性。
2.关键词：体现文章主要内容的术语词，每篇3-5个为宜。
3.文中各级标题一律按国家标准采用以下形式。一级标题形如一、二、三……排序; 二级标题形如（一）、（二）、（三）……排序; 三级标题形如1． 2． 3 ……排序。引言不排序号。
4.本刊论文注释为尾注，规范请严格遵照本刊要求，具体参见《引文注释规范》。
5.姓名在标题下按序排列，多作者署名时须征得其他作者同意，排好先后次序，收到录稿通知后不再改动。文后注明第一作者作者简介、邮寄地址、邮编、联系人电话等信息
