The Journal is devoted to the publication of science and technology development in the area of infrared and millimeter waves, including infrared physics, the optical properties and low energy excitations processes in condensed matters, femtosecond spectroscopy, nonlinear optics, infrared opto-electronics, infrared optics, biomedical optics, remote sensing, image processing, infrared and millimeter wave technologies as well as interdisciplinary research.
