去肾交感神经术的降压作用研究

摘要：去肾交感神经术(renal denervation,RDN)治疗高血压的第一篇临床研究报道至今,RDN降压治疗受到了国内外学者的普遍重视。RDN降压治疗的临床研究大致经历了显效、无效、有效3个阶段,这3个阶段分别以SYMPLICITY HTN-1(renal denervation in patients with refractory hypertension)、SYMPLICITY HTN-3(renal denervation in patients with uncontrolled hypertension)、SPYRAL HTN-OFF MED (catheterbased renal denervation in patients with uncontrolled hypertension in the absence of antihypertensive medications)及其相关研究为代表;
